Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga can improve sleep. Reduce stress and anxiety. Increase strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
Family Yoga
It is a discipline adapted and approached from the game that allows children, between 4 and 12 years old, to know their body and connect it with their mind. It strengthens the bond, trust and communication between parents and children, encouraging interrelation and socialization with other families.
